Shipping & Delivery

We offer contactless delivery to St. John’s metro free of charge, typically within 2 business days if all order items are in stock.  

All other deliveries are made through Canada Post and could take 5-10 business days. Shipping charges will be added upon checkout.

If we anticipate delays in processing or delivering your order, we will notify you via email. We appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait.

Packaging

Our packaging is minimal, by design. For local deliveries, think brown paper packages, tied up with string. Recyclable, or biodegradable. For items mailed with Canada Post, we re-use whatever box we can find that works! 

Returns 

We thoroughly inspect all items received from wholesalers prior to delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right. We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping, if necessary.

For safety reasons, cloth diapers, diaper liners and teethers are all final sale. Any 'last chance' collection items are also final sale.
